This was the theme of my living for last one week and it ended at NIIT. Today itself I got the offer letter from a beautiful girl. The process was not easy going, I was scanned and tested with aids like grammar Test , aptitude Test , Personal Intro Session , OOP's also known as Operation Manager round and then the salary negosiation. I must say the girl at Salary Negotiation was much matured by work process she had a confined personality which means a "don't mess with me" kind of air around her. More over the process was great I am happy I am in a Company that has a brand and is know overseas also. Now its upto me to show my ability and I am sure if my this new office is not effected by the Office politics syndrome I would be in the HR in few days. At last thanks a lot my lord for the break. Note: If anyone at NIIT does not like the post please do let me know, but be assured I am not going to remove it

We would have not been fighting as two nations instead we would have been fighting as two religion Now we target terrorist as our enemy , then we would have killed our own brethren just because their demand was not meet in history Their would have been no wars between two nations their would have been civil war and unrest Northern part of India would have never been happy and prosperous as one of my brother wanted his own boundary, which he thought would be ,much better than his present one No doubt we would have been one country but ...

Coding is fun , you have the power of creator just like Jim in Bruce Almighty. But some times this becomes the most frustating job. Specially when the people you are working for are non-technical. I look back and note that since 2002 I have not been away from computers for more than 24 Hrs thought it is fun but it also takes your nerves out . You have no recreation no movie no outing and you get e-Lectrified with computers. As of now I am fed-p with my techi image and would like to go into himalayas for meditation and rejuvination. May be I am in emotional burnout phase. But namsumiran (chanting gods name) would help me regain myself.

Instant Messenger is a great tool to be in touch, and when we look for I.M in open source the first name that pops up in mind is Jabber, No doubt jabber is great but I had a bitter story with jabber which goes something like .... Downloaded jabber-1.4 and decided to deploy it on Red Hat 7.2 with Intel 600 Mhz and 128 SDRAM, no the usual ./configure , make all, make install process did not followed when all was ready to be installed, as some package dependency failed. These dependancy were satisfied by downloading MB's of more rpms and after a struggle of 5 hours I was able to install Jabber. Now came the time to fire the jabber client (in those days jabber.com client was freely download-able and using it was like breeze.) and start chatting Time passed , server crashed no one bothered to restore the service Today I visited jabber.org and came to know about Jive , Since I want to avoid ./configure , make all, make install process I decided for a rpm install and ended up dow...
