Why do you workout ?

This is the question my trainer asked me today. He rightly pointed out that I still look the same with those jumbo sized love handles. I had hard time explaining him I workout because I want to :
  • Sleep tight
  • Eat what I want to eat
So why should one workout ? to keep good health and enjoy the same, with mouth watering food and cozy bed to sleep on. What you say?
